Eligibility for Return or Refund — Only If:
You may request a return or refund ONLY if the item meets the following criteria:
- Damaged or Defective Item: The product arrived broken or with a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Product Received: You received a product that does not match your order (e.g., wrong size, wrong character).
- Package Lost in Transit: The package tracking has been stalled or confirmed lost by the carrier (subject to investigation period).
Cases We DO NOT Accept Returns For:
To maintain product quality and fairness, we DO NOT accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Buyer’s Remorse: Cases of “changed my mind,” “not what I expected,” or ordered by mistake.
- Minor Variations: Slight color variations due to lighting, screen settings, or batch differences.
- Used or Opened Items: Products that have been used, washed, or have damaged/missing original packaging (affects collector value and hygiene).
Timeframes & Required Proof

Return Process (If Approved)
- Initiate Contact: Email us immediately at [email protected] with the following:
- Your Order Number.
- The Reason for the return/refund.
- The Required Proof (photos/videos) as outlined in the table above.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with clear instructions and the return shipping address, if applicable.
- Shipping the Return:
- Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was proven damaged or incorrect due to our error.
- Please ship via a trackable service and provide us with the tracking number. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- Mark the package clearly as “Return to Seller” to help prevent extra customs duties on our end.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Store Credit Bonus: As an alternative, you may choose Store Credit and receive an extra +10% bonus to spend on Nether Market.
- Customs/Duties: You are responsible for any return postage, customs duties, or taxes incurred when shipping the item back to us.
Fair Use Notice
To ensure fair service for all our community members and prevent fraud, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse repeated or excessive refund requests from a single customer.
- Offer a replacement instead of a full refund if it is more efficient and resolves the issue.
- Deduct up to 50% from the refund amount for items returned with missing parts or items returned in a used, non-resalable condition.
